Manouchka comédienne, chanteuse, auteur compositeur

Version française

At a young age, Manouchka already dreamt of fashion and would sing for friends for their enjoyment. At 1,68 m. and 60 kg, with brown eyes and brown hair. For few years Manouchka modelled at the prestigious Sybille Sasse agency in Montreal, after which she decided to change her image in order to devote herself further to a singing career.

Not only is Manouchka an ex-model and a singer, she is also an accomplished actress in television and on the silver screen, in particular at the side of Adam West, a TV legend from the Batman series. She played the part of Molly Mokembe, a voodoo priestess in the John Fasano movie "Zombie Nightmare".

In spite of her modesty and reserved nature, she becomes incredibly passionate and vocal when it comes to humanitarian issues. And what's more, she is extremely down to earth and sincere. You can tell just by reading her lyrics. For example from the song "J'ai mal" which translates into  " I am in pain,  states the following, " I'm afraid, afraid of dying of boredom, alone with my loneliness, locked up in a cage, deprived of air and love, like a bird held captive."  If she had to sum up her life she would say, "I have no regrets. I believe in the spiritual aspect of life. I've read many volumes on this subject and I've learned that there is a life after death. This realisation gives me strength to laugh with life, it protects me and gives me confidence in what I do."

Model-actress-singer-writer-composer, Manouchka the woman of a thousand faces has offered me the greatest gift of all: her smile!
